Rautner advises on the Financing of the Dürnkrut III Wind Farm

Rautner Rechtsanwälte supported a project company of the Windkraft Simonsfeld Group and Erste Bank in financing the new Dürnkrut III wind farm. The total investment volume in the new wind farm is around EUR 25 million. In 2023, 3 modern Nordex N163 turbines, each with a nominal output of 5.7 MW, are to be installed in Dürnkrut. This means that it is planned to produce around 45.5 million kWh of clean electricity per year. This corresponds to the needs of 11,400 households. Once the existing grid restrictions have been lifted, the systems will be able to produce additional electricity for a further 1,000 households per year.

Our new wind turbines in Dürnkrut will be connected to the grid in the course of 2023. With the further expansion of regional wind energy, we ensure independent, clean and cost-effective electricity production and do our part to solve the climate crisis.” explains Markus Winter, Chief Technology Officer at Windkraft Simonsfeld AG.

We are pleased that we are supporting the Windkraft Simonsfeld Group and Erste Bank in financing another wind farm project and were thus able to make a small contribution to solving the climate crisis.” adds Dr. Uwe Rautner, Managing Partner at Rautner Rechtsanwälte.
