Rautner Rechtsanwälte GmbH provided legal counsel to ENERGIEPARK Bruck/Leitha GmbH and Scherr Energie GmbH (the “Shareholders”) in connection with the structuring and implementation of the financing for a photovoltaic power plant in the municipality of Edelschrott, Styria.

The plant, with a nominal capacity of approximately 5.9 MWp and total investment costs of around EUR 3.175 million, is being developed under a market premium support scheme secured by the Austrian Renewable Expansion Act (EAG). The project is financed by Erste Bank der österreichischen Sparkassen AG.
