Georg\u2019s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border financing transactions as well as financial regulatory matters, with a particular emphasis on renewable energy project financings. He has also co-authored publications on energy-law topics together with the firm\u2019s name partner, Dr Uwe Rautner.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"578\" data-end=\"1159\">At first glance, a teaching role in property law may seem only loosely connected to Banking &amp; Finance. In practice, however, property-law issues are often a key building block in project finance transactions: the way an asset is classified under property law can be decisive for how it can be secured. Georg\u2019s lectureship therefore reflects one of his standout strengths\u2014bringing doctrinal precision to civil-law fundamentals while keeping a sharp focus on practical outcomes.
