The transaction was valued at \u20ac\u00a0750 million and closed on 17 April 2018. The bond issue was privately placed with institutional investors and then listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n<p>The bank consortium was advised by Uwe Rautner (Partner) and Ren\u00e9 Semmelweis (Associate) of Rautner Rechtsanw\u00e4lte.
